Our medical secretary company was founded with the goal of providing high-quality administrative support to medical professionals. Our founder, Gemma, had many years of experience working in the medical field and recognised the need for reliable and efficient medical secretarial services.
Gemma started the company with a small team of dedicated medical secretaries who shared her passion for providing excellent customer service and delivering accurate and timely administrative support. As the company grew, we expanded our team and services to meet the changing needs of our consultants

They seamlessly and professionally manage my private practice, which includes outpatient clinics and local and general operating sessions, as well as chasing results and uploading them in a timely fashion.
