We have a number of experienced audio typist across a range of specialities to ensure accurate and efficient turnaround for your patients. Office administration is an essential part of day to day private practice. Insurance and self pay billing are included as part of our service. Our Practice management software ensures patients can pay online quickly and simply, reducing the cost of your overheads.

With an Events Manager onboard and an experienced events team, we can organise, publish and promote events as well as running them on the day with a team to ensure the seminar runs smoothly and you can relax and enjoy the event as everything is taken care of for you.

Marketing is an important part of growing your practice. We can provides social media services to consultants to highlight their practice part of our marketing services.  There are various packages available to suit your needs.

We can provide a small basic website to something more detailed. We can also offer maintenance for website design by us. We pride ourselves in providing something easy for your patients to navigate and with a modern professional look to give your private practice the right look and feel.  It is important patients can find you easily and we can facilitate linking into patients booking online to make your private practice more easy to book into.

Concerned about how to cover holidays, sickness, maternity cover? The Consultants Office can provide fully qualified and highly skilled temporary Medical Secretaries, Admin and Reception cover for your practice.

Our Temporary secretaries are all experienced so ensuring a smooth easy transition from the first hour.

We understand finding sickness cover at the last minute can be stressful so we also offer a Short Notice Service where we aim to have you cover within hours.

We cover London and the South East England. On site and remote.

Our Story

Our medical secretary company was founded with the goal of providing high-quality administrative support to medical professionals. Our founder, Gemma, had many years of experience working in the medical field and recognised the need for reliable and efficient medical secretarial services.
 

Gemma started the company with a small team of dedicated medical secretaries who shared her passion for providing excellent customer service and delivering accurate and timely administrative support. As the company grew, we expanded our team and services to meet the changing needs of our consultants

At the heart of our company is a team of skilled and dedicated medical secretaries who are passionate about what they do. We believe that our success is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team, and we are proud to have built a company that values excellence, integrity, and customer service.

I have been on board with the team from The Consultant’s Office from the very beginning. Their personal approach and attention to detail is second to none. They seamlessly and professionally manage my private practice, which includes outpatient clinics and local and general operating sessions, as well as chasing results and uploading them in a timely fashion. They are great communicators and do not hesitate to alter anything for the improvement and development of my practice. Gemma and team also manage to do this with great care and compassion to my patients, which is invaluable.
